We do both skin mounts and fibreglass replicas for fresh water fish, but fibreglass replicas for sea fish only.

Buck 'n Bass Taxidermy was founded in 1999, located in our beautiful Western Cape region near Cape Town, providing an exclusive client and quality focused taxidermy studio, for both Local and International Clients.

Our team is energetic and focused, utilising the latest materials and technology to bring our clients innovative and quality manufactured life-like trophies, personally tailored to your specific requirements. Our exclusivity means that our staff know your name, not just your contract number.

Services include the taxidermy of Mammals, Fish, Birds and Reptiles. This from collection through to final taxidermy of trophies and including packing, crating, documentation and shipping to any destination worldwide.

We are a fully State Veterinarian-approved and registered facility, complying with the standards and regulations as set out by our authorities, in accordance with Local and International regulations. We are registered for both export and import of trophies.

We are also official measurers for both Rowland Ward and Safari Club International (SCI).
